We offer all-natural, raw, unpasteurized honey harvested from our own apiary. We keep and breed our own honey bees, and every jar comes from nectar collected from nearby wetland flowers, trees, gardens, orchards, and wildflowers.

 

In July we harvest our “Spring” honey. This honey is light in colour with delicate floral notes and, in some years, subtle hints of citrus or mint.

In September we harvest our “Fall” honey. Richer and darker, it’s enriched with nectar and pollen from wild asters and goldenrod — absolutely delicious.

We also produce a very limited supply of comb honey each fall, available primarily for families and special events.
